Responsibility
|

Provide
senior strategic advice to internal team and client in civil litigation
and government investigations, including antitrust second requests
·
Participate
in negotiation of scope of preservation, discovery and format of
production with adversaries

Guide
selection and use of review platforms

Factual
testimony in depositions and in court regarding document discovery
activities undertaken or contemplated

Guide
selection and implementation of legal hold, data mapping, email archiving
and records retention systems.

at least four years of litigation experience in document-intensive civil

records management engagements, duties include management of all aspects
of such projects.
The
successful applicant will be either a litigation support professional
with at least five years of document-intensive case experience, or a
lawyer with at least two years of litigation experience in
document-intensive civil discovery and a working knowledge of practical
e-discovery issues. All candidates must have significant experience
with and aptitude for the use of computer applications, extraordinary
attention to detail and a willingness to work lawyer hours when
necessary.
